Is Kleo iMessage only?
Yes. Kleo works only over iMessage. Text Kleo from your iPhone, or from Messages on a Mac. You can’t text Kleo from Android — it does not work on Android messages, SMS, WhatsApp, or other chat apps. If you’re on a Windows or Linux computer, use your iPhone.
Does Kleo apply without asking me?
No, not by default. Every application waits for your approval over iMessage. You can optionally enable auto-apply for roles that match your criteria, and turn it off at any time by text.
Which job sites does Kleo support?
Kleo supports a growing set of applicant tracking systems used by employers. Coverage varies by employer and some applications require you to finish a step manually.

Does Kleo create accounts on employer sites for me?
Yes, when an application requires one. Most employers run applications through an applicant tracking system that asks you to register first, so Kleo creates that account as part of applying and keeps the credentials in an encrypted vault.
What if an application needs something only I can answer?
Kleo texts you. Some applications ask custom employer questions, require a verification step, or put a security check in the way. Kleo pauses on that role, asks you for what it needs, and picks up where it left off once you reply.
What data does Kleo use?
Your resume, job preferences, and the answers you provide, plus your messages with Kleo. When you approve an application, that information is sent to the employer or their applicant tracking system. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How much does it cost?
$29.99 per month (USD), with a 1-month free trial. A payment method is required. After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. To cancel, text “CANCEL” and we’ll direct you to the cancellation page.

Kleo acts as your limited agent. It only submits an application after you approve it, or automatically for roles you explicitly enable under auto-apply, which you can turn off any time by text. Some applications need you to answer custom employer questions, complete a verification step, or solve a security check.
